The quality of the air nearby motorways or traffic routes in large towns is becoming an increasingly topical issue. Several scientific studies have demonstrated the presence of a considerable amount of pollutants dispersed into the atmosphere, among which: carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulphur dioxide (SO2), airborne particulate (PM10 and PM25). The exposure to such pollutants, over time, may give rise to serious illnesses. Besides the external environment, it is above all people working every day in gates near such areas who are continually forced to breathe an unhealthy air.
The concentrations of carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulphur dioxide (SO2), airborne particulate (PM10 and PM25) may be reduced to less than the limit values laid down in the law (Ministerial Decree No. 60 of 2nd April 2002 for implementing the EC Directive 1999/30 of the Council Resolution of 22th April 1999) by installing RefineAir.
RefineAir facilitates the elimination of harmful microparticles in the air, including ultrafine particle pollutants usually not treated by ordinary filters.
RefineAir is a sanitization method safe for human health and the environment, indeed it uses certified constituents such as Class 1 medical devices compliant with EU Directives 93/92 EEC.
